With a PhD in psychology and over three decades of rich, cross-industry experience, Karthikeyan brings a rare blend of strategic HR leadership and deep people insight to Risen. He began his career as an HR Manager at KONE, where he built strong foundations in organizational systems and people processes. His professional journey later took him through CK and MRF Tyres, where he played a pivotal role in Learning & Development, talent development, and capability building initiatives.

Across the years, Karthikeyan has worked closely with employees at all organizational levels, shaping leadership pipelines, strengthening managerial capability, and aligning talent practices with business goals. His experience on the industry side gives him a grounded, practical perspective—ensuring that assessments and development interventions are not only scientifically sound but also business-relevant and actionable.

Jyothi is a trained Organizational Psychologist and HR professional with a strong academic foundation in Human Resources and Psychology, holding a Master’s degree in both disciplines. She began her career as an HR Recruiter, gaining early exposure to talent acquisition and workforce dynamics, and went on to work with organizations such as WorldSpace.

She later consulted for organizations including Trivandrum Rubber Works and MRF, where her work increasingly centred on employee behaviour, role effectiveness, and performance assessment. This transition marked her shift into full-time practice as an Organizational Psychologist, focusing on psychometric assessment, behavioural diagnostics, and leadership evaluation.
